Privacy Policy, Newletters and the use of Cookies
This policy applies to personal information collected this website. You do not have to give us any personal information in order to use most of this website, and we will never sell the data you provide to us to any third party.

However, if you wish to subscribe to my mailing list, request further information, or provide content for inclusion on this website (e.g. photos, blogs or other online forums) we may collect the following personal information from you:

Newsletters
When you sign up to Freda’s newsletter (either through the website or via a connected service such as Facebook) then you provide us with your name and email address. This data is securely stored with Mailchimp with whom we send our emails through.

You can be assured that Freda’s Garden will not sell/give your data to any third parties, and will only contact you with regards to news and openings at Freda’s Garden ‘Gardenview’. Please note that we may on occasion mention third party people or activities within newsletters/website blog news, but they will generally be linked to the garden.

You can opt out of receiving newsletters at anytime, but either clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of newsletter email or by emailing your request to Freda directly at mail@fredasgarden.co.uk (please put ‘opt out’ in the subject line).
