Today I had my very last group visit for 2018, and what a lovely day to end it with.  The weather was glorious and the visitors were fantastic.

There were 25 people in the group from the Bromley U3A theatre group and everyone had a lovely afternoon.  They said they would be back next year for another visit, so I’m already thinking of my updates to the garden for 2019.

I usually open the garden to groups in the Summer months between June and September.  If you would like to book a visit for your group in 2019, please do drop me a line.

Group visit from Halstead WI

One of the groups that visited me this week was the WI Halstead group.  They were such a lovely group I do hope they will come again.

They also had a lot of fun with my pot luck, which raises extra funds for charity.

Group visits are by appointment only, and I usually open the garden between the 1st July and the 31st August. If you would like to arrange a group visit, then please contact me for further details.

Visit from Knole U3A

A lovely group of visitors came yesterday from the Knole U3A to see my garden. The weather was perfect for them and after the recent rain, the lawn is finally looking lush again which helps the garden look full of colour.

The visitors enjoyed their tea and cake in the sun, and I received so many lovely comments about the garden.

What a wonderful visit I had yesterday from the U3A Sevenoaks gardening group.

There was 15 in the group and they all said they had a really great morning and again my pot luck and cards went down well!

Visitors from France

I was delighted to again welcome a coach load of visitors from overseas to my garden. This time my visitors were from France and there were 27 altogether.

They loved the garden but most of all they thought the pot luck and my cards were great fun and said it made it an interesting and fun visit.
